About ken winston caine

kwc has authored and co-authored about 20 books including:

His byline is on the covers, or on the editorial credits pages, of more than a million wellness books sold by Rodale Press.

During his years in journalism, he won 20-some writing awards and served as the special projects editor on an investigation cited by the Pulitzer board.

He pursues a life-long fascination with wholistics.

Over the years he's earned doctorates in naturopathy-holistic health counseling and spiritual psychology-spiritual direction.

He was a founding member of the late Thomas Leonard's Coachville and Graduate School of Coaching, and is a 1997 graduate of the Harvard Mind-Body Institute's Spirituality and Health course.

In the '90s and early 2000s he pioneered development of a distinct, non-medical but evidence-based and medically complementary, system of Wellness Coaching.
